Terms & Conditions

The Platform is owned by pranalabs with its registered office at Second Floor, Kokarya Business Synergy Center, 18th Main Rd, Jayanagar 9th Block, Bengaluru – 560041, Karnataka, India. By mere use of the Platform, you are contracting with the Platform Owner and these terms constitute your binding obligations.

Account Registration

You agree to provide true, accurate and complete information during registration and shall be responsible for all acts done through your registered account.

Payment

You agree to pay the charges associated with availing the Services. Payments are processed securely through Paytm Payment Gateway. Digital services are activated instantly upon successful payment confirmation.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful, illegal or forbidden by these Terms or Indian law.

Intellectual Property

The contents of the Platform are proprietary to us. You will not have any authority to claim any intellectual property rights, title, or interest in its contents.

Indemnification

You shall indemnify and hold harmless the Platform Owner, its affiliates and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or rights of a third party.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 1 March 2025  |  PranaLabs

PranaLabs products (EventEase, Page-Nest and any future PranaLabs product) are digital SaaS services. Physical returns are not applicable. All transactions relate to software subscription access only.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime by emailing info@pranalabs.in. Requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle. Access continues until the end of the current paid period.

Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has commenced. Refunds are considered for: duplicate/erroneous charges, service not activated within 24 hours, or first-time subscribers within 48 hours of purchase who have not used the service.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days and credited back to the original payment method (UPI / card via Paytm).

Delivery

PranaLabs products are fully digital. Access is activated instantly upon successful payment confirmation from Paytm. No shipping applies.
